One apartment, seven times
Book any apartment. You get the same apartment.
Most buildings sell you a room type and then decide which room you actually get. There is nothing to decide here. All seven apartments were built to one plan and furnished in one go, by one hand: same 80 square metres, same king and queen, same two marble bathrooms, same kitchen, same walk in closet.
So the photographs on this page are not a representative sample. They are your apartment. The only thing that changes between them is which floor you are on.
The living rooms
Foyer, dining room, living room. Three separate rooms, not one long corridor.
The kitchen
The reason people stay a month
A full kitchen with a breakfast bar, not a microwave on a shelf. A full sized fridge and freezer, a hob under a proper extractor, a kettle, and room on the counter to actually cook.
Villa Market and Gourmet Market are minutes away and the fresh market at the top of the soi opens before dawn. Guests staying a week or more say the same thing every time: being able to make breakfast at home is what turns a long trip into a comfortable one.
The bedrooms
A king, a queen, and two doors that close. Blackout curtains and individual air conditioning in both.
The bathrooms
Two of them, both in marble
One with a walk in rain shower, one with a bathtub. Two people, two bathrooms, no queue at eight in the morning. It is the most useful thing about the layout and it is why families come back.
The plan
See it before you book it
Almost nothing in Bangkok publishes a floor plan. It is the fastest way to understand a two bedroom apartment, so here is ours, at the real dimensions.
- Overall15.9 m by 6.3 m, about 80 sqm
- Foyerprivate entrance, then the dining area
- Master3.15 m wide, with the walk in closet and en suite
- Bedroom 23.0 m wide, beside the second bathroom
- Living3.8 m across the centre of the plan
Downstairs
The gold numerals behind reception
Reception sits under a bank of pale grey panelled cupboard doors, each carrying a large applied gold numeral. They read two to eight, in the same high contrast modern face as the THE ELITE sign screwed to the front of the building. That lettering is where the rest of this website comes from.
The desk is staffed 09:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours, and at weekends, the security guard on site checks you in and hands over your key, so a midnight landing is not a problem and you do not need to arrange anything special. Tell us roughly when to expect you and everything is ready.

- ReceptionThe desk is staffed 09:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, for deliveries, taxis, restaurant tables, honest local advice, and a private airport car arranged at a price agreed first (charged, not included). Someone is on site around the clock, so arriving outside those hours is fine

Where exactly is The Elite @ Thong Lor 25?
We are at 21 Soi Saeng Ngoen, off Sukhumvit 55 in Watthana, Bangkok, the road everyone calls Thong Lor. BTS Thong Lo station is a short ride away, or about fifteen minutes on foot.
How many apartments are there, and how big are they?
There are seven apartments in the building and they are all identical. Each is 80 square metres with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private foyer, a separate living room, a dining area and a full kitchen. Whichever one you book, you get the apartment in the photographs.
What beds are in the bedrooms?
The master bedroom has one king bed, with a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. Four guests are comfortable.
Is there a real kitchen?
Yes, a proper one. A full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a full sized fridge and freezer, a hob under an extractor, a kettle, and cookware, crockery and glasses to cook and eat at home. It is a kitchen, not a kitchenette with a microwave on a shelf.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine inside your own apartment.
Tell me about the rooftop pool.
It is a full length pool on the roof, with a lawn, planting, a shaded table and the Sukhumvit skyline over the wall. It is open from morning to evening and it is quiet on weekday mornings.
The living room through to the bedroom, which is how the apartment is used in the afternoon.
