The Elite @ Pattaya

A whole two storey villa with its own pool, a kilometre from Bang Sare beach. Run by the same family as our Bangkok apartments.

The private pool at The Elite @ Pattaya, a two storey villa at Bang Sare, with guests on a float and loungers on the terrace

The villa

A whole two storey villa, and nobody else on the property.

01 Downstairs. The glass folds back, so the living room and the pool terrace become one room.
02 The pool is the villa's own. Walled on both sides, so nobody overlooks it.

The villa

Yours, all of it

The whole villa is yours. Two storeys, no shared spaces, nobody else on the property. Downstairs is an open living and dining room and a full kitchen that opens straight onto the pool. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathrooms.

It sits in a quiet residential community at Bang Sare, south of Pattaya, about a kilometre from the beach. People come here for the version of the coast that is not central Pattaya.

06 The sofa sits in its own recess, with storage either side of it.

08 Straight down. It is the thing guests photograph first.

The bedrooms

09 The main bedroom. One king bed.
10 The window seat in the main bedroom.
11 The second bedroom. Two singles, a desk and a television.
12 The same room from the door. The glass opens onto the light well.
13 Wardrobes run the length of one wall in both rooms.
14 The two bedrooms face each other across the light well.
15 The light well brings daylight into the middle of the upper floor.

The bathrooms

4 photographs

16 The bath is freestanding, and the mirror runs the length of the vanity.
17 The tray and the towels are ours, not staged for the photograph.
18 The second bathroom has a walk in rain shower rather than a bath.
19 The half bathroom, so nobody goes upstairs mid afternoon.

The kitchen

20 Induction hob, microwave, kettle, and the washing machine beside it.
21 It is a real kitchen. People cook here rather than reheat.
22 Pans live in the drawer under the hob.
23 Plates, bowls, tumblers and wine glasses, enough for a full table.
24 The cutlery is gold, which is either the point or beside it.
25 A full size fridge freezer, not a hotel minibar.

Questions

Asked before booking

The dozen things people write to us about, answered here so you do not have to ask.

Is the pool at The Elite @ Pattaya private?

Yes. The pool belongs to this villa alone. It is outdoors, walled on both sides, and no other guests use it. The long pool visible in aerial photographs of the Oceanphere development is the separate communal pool shared by the estate, and it is not the villa's.

How many people does the villa sleep?

Up to 4. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a king bed and one with two single beds. There are no cots or extra beds at the villa.

How far is the villa from the beach?

About a kilometre from Bang Sare beach, which is roughly a thirteen minute walk.

Do you get the whole villa, or a room in it?

The whole villa. Two storeys, 80 square metres, no shared spaces and nobody else on the property. Downstairs is an open living and dining room and a full kitchen that opens onto the pool; upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathrooms.

What does a night cost?

From ฿2,790 a night when it is quiet, up to about ฿8,000 at peak, for the whole villa. The price moves with demand rather than with the month, so send us your dates and we will give you the real number for those nights.

How do I check in?

Self check in with a lockbox, so a late flight is not a problem. Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 11:00.

Is there parking?

Yes. The villa has its own garage on the property and it is free.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, a full one: an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, a full size fridge freezer, pans, crockery and glasses, and a washing machine beside it. People cook here rather than reheat.

Can I bring children?

Yes, children are welcome. Be aware that the stairs between the two floors are an open spiral, and the pool is directly outside the living room, so very young children need watching.

Are pets allowed?

On request. There may be a charge, so ask us before you book rather than after you arrive.

Is it near Pattaya, or in it?

Near it. The villa is at Bang Sare, south of Pattaya, in the Oceanphere development at Na Chom Thian in Chon Buri. Guests come here for the quiet end of the coast rather than for central Pattaya. Columbia Pictures Aquaverse is 1.9 km away, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden 4.3 km, and U-Tapao airport 18 km.

Is this the same as The Elite Resort Pattaya?

No. This is a single privately owned two bedroom pool villa at Bang Sare. It is not a resort or a hotel and it has no connection to The Elite Resort Pattaya, The Elite Villa at Mabprachan Lake, or Elite Homes Thailand. It is run by the family who own The Elite @ Thong Lor 25 in Bangkok.

Can I book directly rather than through a platform?

Yes, and it is the route we prefer. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your dates and we answer the same day, usually within the hour, with no booking fee. The villa is also listed on Booking.com and Airbnb if you would rather pay by card and have it confirmed on the spot.

Ask us

Dates and prices

The same people who answer the phone in Bangkok answer it for the villa. Tell us your dates and we will come straight back.

Send us your dates and how many of you there are. We come back the same day, usually within the hour, with availability and a price.

Who runs it

The same family, two properties

The villa and the Bangkok apartments are owned and run by the same family. The number you call for one is the number you call for the other, and it is answered by a person rather than a queue.

That is the whole reason to book with us rather than through a platform: if something needs sorting out at nine on a Sunday evening, you are talking to the people who can actually sort it out.

Our other property

Coming through Bangkok as well?

The Elite @ Thong Lor 25 is seven identical two bedroom apartments of eighty square metres off Sukhumvit 55, with a rooftop pool and daily housekeeping. Plenty of guests do both: a few nights in the city, then the villa.
