There is no call centre and no ticket number. I answer messages myself. I own and run this building, I know which apartment is free either side of your dates, and I can simply say yes. Reply time is usually within the hour, every day.

Cancellation. On our flexible rates you may cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival; rates sold as non refundable are marked as such before you pay.
