Why this beats a condo lease
A Bangkok condo wants a year and two months deposit
The standard Sukhumvit rental asks for a twelve month lease, two months security deposit, an agent, a Thai bank account, utility accounts in your name, and furniture you have to buy. For one to six months that is the wrong instrument entirely, and getting the deposit back at the end is where most foreigners lose money.
A serviced apartment gives you the same eighty square metres, furnished and connected on day one, with electricity, water, internet and housekeeping folded into one monthly number you can put on a card. When the project ends, you hand back the key.

Early bird
Book 45 days ahead and save 10 to 12 percent
We run close to full, so the apartment you want is usually gone before the month starts. Book at least 45 days before you arrive and we take 10 to 12 percent off the monthly rate. The earlier the dates are settled, the better the number, for both of us.
