The rate card
By season
Bangkok has a real season and our rates follow it. The figures are the starting weekday rate for the whole apartment; weekends sit a little above.

The whole apartment, for up to four guests, VAT included, with no extra guest charge. A minimum stay applies over Songkran, Christmas and New Year. At the very peak of the festive period the rate reaches about ฿8,500. The live number for your exact dates is always on the booking page.

Early bird
Book 45 days ahead and save 10 to 12 percent
We run close to full, so the apartment you want is usually gone before the month starts. Book at least 45 days before you arrive and we take 10 to 12 percent off the nightly rate. The earlier the dates are settled, the better the number, for both of us.

Direct versus the agents
The travel sites take about twenty percent
A booking made through an agency costs this building roughly twenty percent in commission. Booking on this page removes that, which is why the direct rate is the best rate we publish and why the money stays in the building rather than leaving it.

Ask us. If the apartment is free either side of your stay it is yours at no charge. We cannot promise it in advance, but we say yes more often than not.

Book with us once and every stay after that is ten percent off, for as long as you keep coming back.

A car from the airport at a price agreed first
We arrange a private car from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang at a fixed price settled before you fly. It is charged, not included, and there is no meter and no queue.
