Who we are

What we collect

  • Booking details: name, email, telephone, nationality, and passport or identification details where Thai law requires them, plus your dates and guest numbers.
  • Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Enquiry details you send us through a form, WhatsApp or email.
  • Website analytics, collected in aggregate.

Why we use it

  • To take, confirm and deliver your reservation, which is performance of our contract with you.
  • To meet legal obligations, including guest registration under Thai immigration law.
  • To send you offers and news, only where you have given clear consent by ticking a box. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Our property management and booking system provider, our payment provider, and Thai authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for the period required by Thai tax and immigration law. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies and, where enabled, privacy respecting analytics. Our booking engine sets its own cookies in order to hold your reservation while you complete it.
